This man is the owner and remodeler of the home seen behind him. This particular home has survived two legendary storms. In the background, are seen two separate plaques, one for the home surviving the 'Great storm of 1900', the other plaque for surviving hurricane Ike, both catastrophic. The home has been fully restored.
